After drawing 750 attendees to The Gateway in its 2024 debut—nearly double expectations—Utah’s Zero Gravity Summit is back, bigger and bolder—and at a new location. On November 4–5, 2025, the event will move to the Salt Palace Convention Center in downtown Salt Lake City, hosting more than 3,000 leaders in aerospace, defense, energy, intelligence, and investment.
Organized by 47G Utah Aerospace & Defense, the Zero Gravity Summit is emerging as one of the fastest-growing convenings in national security and dual-use technology. Over 150 exhibitors will showcase innovations in advanced air mobility, dual-use space systems, grid resilience, and AI-driven defense solutions.

What’s New in 2025
This year’s program expands into four dedicated tracks:
- Defense Tech
- The Future of Flight
- The New Space Economy
- Energy Production & Grid Security
Two Utah-based companies, Torus and Strider Technologies, have joined as presenting partners. Torus develops tactical energy systems for defense, while Strider specializes in strategic intelligence and counter-espionage solutions.
“This summit is where national security and energy innovation intersect,” said Aaron Starks, CEO of 47G. “Utah is proving it can lead the way in both.”
The state’s aerospace and defense industries generate nearly 20% of Utah’s GDP, support 500,000 jobs, and attract over $6 billion annually in U.S. Department of Defense contracts.
Strategic installations including Hill Air Force Base, Falcon Hill Aerospace Research Park and the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, combined with world-class research institutions from Utah State University's Space Dynamics Laboratory to Weber State University's MARS Center, create an unmatched ecosystem for rapid innovation and specialized talent development that strengthens the economic foundation vital to national resilience.
