Lehi, Utah — December 11, 2025
Women Tech Council (WTC), in partnership with AI Utah, announced the inaugural AI Women Power List, the first statewide program recognizing women who are driving Utah’s fast-growing artificial intelligence landscape. Recognized at the Women Tech Council 2025 Holiday Social on December 10, 2025 at the Adobe campus in Lehi, the 2025 honorees span research, engineering, policy, entrepreneurship, and industry deployment—reflecting the depth and breadth of AI work happening across the state.
This initiative highlights the technical expertise, leadership, and influence of women who are shaping Utah’s position in one of the most important technological shifts of the decade.
Four Pillars of Recognition

Futurists — Leaders defining long-term AI strategy, governance, and ethics.
Builders — Engineers and developers creating and advancing AI systems.
Integrators — Executives applying AI across Utah’s industries.
Rising Stars — Emerging professionals making early, high-impact contributions.

Why It Matters
AI is reshaping every sector—from economic growth and workforce development to global competitiveness. As the technology accelerates, the voices guiding its direction matter even more. The Power List aims to elevate the leaders ensuring Utah’s AI evolution is innovative, competitive, and grounded in responsible, human-centered adoption.
How Honorees Were Selected
