$25K Female-Founder Pitch, Hands-On Workshops, and High-Impact Networking

Utah’s premier e-commerce conference, Catalyst25, returns to downtown Salt Lake City on September 4–5, 2025. The two-day event kicks off Thursday with an awards gala and female-founder pitch competition, and continues Friday with workshops, keynotes, and networking designed to help founders and operators accelerate growth.

Thursday, Sept. 4 — Spark Gala & Pitch Competition
Catalyst25 opens with the invitation-only Spark Gala and the first round of the Female Founder Pitch Competition, awarding $25,000 in funding to a female-founded, female-run e-commerce business under $1 million in revenue.
“We’ve all attended conferences where speakers from massive companies talk at such a high level it’s hard to apply it to your own business,” said Matt Holman, Founder of Commerce Catalyst. “Catalyst is different. It’s about operators in the trenches sharing what they’re doing to scale—right now.”
“Utah has an incredible e-commerce community, full of founders, operators, agencies, contractors, and software providers,” Holman added. “Commerce Catalyst brings them together in a format where they can connect, learn, and empower one another.”
Friday, Sept. 5 — Workshops, Keynotes & Awards
The public conference begins Friday at 8:30 a.m. with hands-on workshops covering influencer marketing, analytics, and growth strategy. Afternoon sessions feature speakers including Sterling Snow (REDO), Susan Peterson (Freshly Picked), and Cotopaxi founder Davis Smith.
The day concludes with an awards show recognizing the Mountain West’s top e-commerce achievements and the final round of the Female Founder Pitch Competition.
