Today the University of Utah announced it has partnered with Ziplines Education (San Francisco) to provide several new online courses to individuals wanting to upskill and reskill in high-growth career disciplines.
“By partnering with Ziplines Education, we can better meet the needs of learners looking to upskill and reskill while leveraging our success in collaborating with partners to deliver innovative programs to better meet the needs of our students—and their future employers,” said Anne Innis, Senior Director, Academic & Professional Programs for University Connected Learning.
The Ziplines Education courses focus on high-growth career disciplines, including digital marketing, business analytics, sales, project and product management, and feature certifications from leading technology platforms. The industry-driven curriculum allows learners to build their skillset on their own time and work toward completing certifications. Students can register for the following programs online and prerequisite courses are not required.
Graduates will earn a non-academic credit certificate from the University of Utah. The following outcomes are possibilities with this program:
- Digital Marketing learners leave the program with industry-recognized qualifications and certifications in HubSpot, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Business Analytics learners earn five Tableau micro-credentials during the course, and are prepared to take the Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification exam.
- Product Management learners earn Product Board’s Outcome-Driven Roadmaps Certification, Jira Software Essentials Certification, and Amplitude Getting Started with Amplitude Analytics Badge.
- Sales Development & Sales Operations program learners earn a curated collection of Salesforce Trailhead badges that cover all the critical areas required to effectively drive the productivity and capacity of a company’s selling resources.
Over a ten-week span, through online instruction, self-directed learning, and optional live sessions, learners using the Ziplines courses dive into real-world applications, data-driven strategies, and cutting-edge technology skills, which include generative AI integration.

Ziplines Education partners with universities to deliver industry-focused certificate courses that prepare professionals for today’s digital-first workforce.
