St. George, Utah - July 3, 2025
Vasion, the St. George-based digital transformation company, is moving aggressively into the next stage of its growth with a series of product upgrades and strategic investments that sharpen its global positioning. The June 2025 product launch brought key enhancements across three major themes—security, simplicity, and sustainability—anchored by expanded AI capabilities and the opening of its new Frankfurt office.
“We’re just getting started with what AI can do in this space,” said Corey Ercanbrack, Vasion’s Chief Product & Technology Officer. “The goal is always the same—make things simpler, more secure, and more efficient for customers.”

Enterprise-Grade Security
Security remains a cornerstone of Vasion’s roadmap, with the June launch introducing several new capabilities aimed at regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, and government. Among the most notable additions is Delegated Release, which allows authorized personnel to securely release print jobs on behalf of others—eliminating the need for credential sharing while maintaining full audit trails.
Vasion also achieved Department of Defense Provisional Authorization (DoD PA) and is pursuing FedRAMP High certification, ensuring that the platform can meet the most stringent federal security standards.
“These advancements empower organizations to operate with confidence even in the most sensitive environments,” said Ercanbrack.

AI-Driven Automation
The June release builds on Vasion’s vision of using AI to simplify IT management. Print Agent (currently in beta), allows teams to use natural language to manage print queues and configuration settings, eliminating manual processes and file uploads.
Vasion Automate, an AI-powered document interrogation engine developed using Amazon Bedrock, Guardrails, and Rekognition, further automates how documents are processed and categorized.
“Letting AI handle routine configuration frees up IT teams to focus on high-value strategic work,” said Ercanbrack.

Simplified Integration and Migration
The company’s Quick Config utility was designed to ease the migration process from legacy systems. It enables broad environmental changes quickly, simplifying transitions for enterprise customers.
With native SAP integration, businesses can now route critical print jobs in real time, with feedback on job status sent directly back to the SAP system. “SAP is one of the most used ERPs in the enterprise space,” said Ercanbrack. “Our connectors now allow us to pull print data, send it to the right printer, and confirm delivery back in SAP.”

Sustainability Gets Specific
In addition to workflow improvements, Vasion launched a sustainability beta program that enables users to offset their environmental impact through certified reforestation initiatives. This marks a shift from generic green branding to actionable environmental accountability.
“Environmental goals have to be embedded into the product experience itself,” Ercanbrack noted. “This is how we help companies print with purpose.”

Interoperability and Real-Time Oversight
The platform’s enhanced Output Console gives enterprises a live dashboard of all print activity. Jobs can be filtered, rerouted, restarted, or canceled from a single interface—centralizing control across fleets of label and office printers, including previously unmanaged devices.
The update also extends compatibility to additional platforms and devices, including IGEL, Microsoft Intune, and Konica Minolta, giving IT teams broader reach in diverse tech environments.

Global Footprint and Workforce Development
In June, Vasion opened its new Frankfurt office, now serving as a European hub for customer engagement and hands-on training. “We’ve already had partners fly in for multi-day sessions,” said Ercanbrack. “It’s modern, collaborative, and built for real interaction.”
Closer to home, Vasion is investing in talent development through a partnership with Utah Tech University to support a new certificate program for aspiring engineers. “We had about 50 students on-site recently,” he said. “They got to meet our engineers, ask questions, and see firsthand how innovation happens here.”
Looking Ahead
Vasion’s next major release is slated for October 2025, and Ercanbrack hints that AI will continue to take center stage. “We’re committed to removing friction from workflows while staying ahead of what’s next,” he said. “This is about helping customers get real work done—faster, safer, and smarter.”
