Provo, Utah — December 30, 2025
Angel (NYSE: ANGX), a media and technology company built around audience-led content funding and distribution, has surpassed two million paying members in its Angel Guild, marking a doubling of membership in less than nine months.
The milestone reflects approximately 25% membership growth since the end of the third quarter of 2025 and comes less than a year after Angel crossed one million Guild members in March. The company reached the two-million mark ahead of year-end.
Recent growth follows the theatrical release of DAVID, Angel’s animated epic currently playing nationwide. The film delivered the highest-grossing opening weekend for a faith-based animated release and the strongest three-day theatrical debut in the company’s history. DAVID is scheduled to launch in more than 40 international markets in the coming months.

With DAVID and The King of Kings, Angel has now released two of the ten highest-grossing animated films of 2025, reinforcing its expanding presence in theatrical animation.
Angel attributes Guild growth to an aggressive expansion of its film and television slate, coupled with a participatory model that gives members direct influence over content selection and distribution. Since the beginning of the year, the platform has added more than 430 new films, television episodes, and specials.
The company has also moved to increase ownership of its top-performing intellectual property. Recent transactions include the acquisition of the DAVID franchise, Tuttle Twins, Homestead, and The Wingfeather Saga, strengthening Angel’s long-term content library and audience retention strategy.

“Reaching two million Guild members validates our audience-first model,” said Neal Harmon, co-founder and CEO of Angel. “Our members don’t just watch content—they help decide which stories get made. That collaboration is central to our growth and to delivering films and series that consistently earn high audience satisfaction.”
Angel’s upcoming theatrical slate spans multiple genres, including I Was A Stranger, a drama set during the Syrian Civil War that has screened at more than 50 international film festivals; Solo Mio, a romantic comedy starring Kevin James, Kim Coates, and Alyson Hannigan; and Young Washington, a biographical epic starring Kelsey Grammer, Mary-Louise Parker, and Sir Ben Kingsley, with William Franklyn-Miller in the lead role.
