Heber, Utah - July 29, 2025

Driven has secured a $2.5 million seed round after posting 400% growth in eight months, surpassing 4,000 active users, and maintaining zero churn across its customer base.

The round was led by Miami-based Reformation Partners, with full pro rata participation from Startup Ignition Ventures (Provo, UT), which initially funded the company when it was still known as Pest IQ in its pre-seed stage.

Adam Weber, CEO and Co-Founder, Driven

“We didn’t have to raise,” said Adam Weber, Driven’s CEO and co-founder. “We were in the black. But we saw the opportunity to accelerate — to build faster, hire stronger, and meet demand without sacrificing product integrity.”

With the fresh capital, Driven is expanding its leadership team, scaling product capabilities, and doubling down on marketing via industry events. The company has grown from a three-person scrappy founding setup to a nine-member team and is gearing up for a major presence at PestWorld in Orlando this October.

Rebrand Fueled by Customer Feedback

In December 2023, Pest IQ officially rebranded as Driven to reflect a broader mission and product vision. What began as a performance analytics dashboard for pest control companies expanded into a modular SaaS platform serving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and other home services businesses

“As Weber stated to TechBuzz: ‘With early feedback from customers, we realized that … we want to DRIVE people to BE better, companies to DO better, and leaders to KNOW more. Driven embodies our vision perfectly’”

Driven’s differentiated offering is its ability to integrate data from multiple field-service software tools into personalized, role-based dashboards for technicians, admins, sales teams, and managers, enabling real-time performance tracking and faster decision-making.

Fast Adoption, Thoughtful Scaling

After debuting with about 15 beta customers in August 2023, Driven grew to 400 users by year-end and now serves over 4,000 users across verticals.

Rather than rush feature rollouts, Driven paused to reinforce its architecture and expand functionality along lines validated by actual users. “Everything our clients see is built on their feedback,” Weber noted. “We don’t ship features because we think they’re clever — we build what gets requested and validated.”

Investor Alignment — Quick and Strategic

Reformation Partners moved swiftly — “three weeks after our first meeting, they flew their GP and MP out to Utah; five days later, we had a term sheet,” Weber said. Startup Ignition reaffirmed belief with full pro rata participation, while Reformation offered to fund the entire round if needed — a strong vote of confidence.

“We’re excited to partner with Adam, James, and the rest of the team at Driven as they transform performance management within home services, starting with pest control," said David Rogg of Reformation Partners.

David Rogg, Managing Partner, Reformation Partners

"In talking with their customers, it is clear that Driven drives an immense amount of ROI with its highly customizable software and provides much needed clarity for management to set KPIs and employees to know in real-time how they are performing. At Reformation, we look for strong domain expert founders innovating within their vertical, and are excited to see Driven spreading quickly within the space as a best-practices tool for operators."

Tyler Richards and John Richards, Co-Founders, Startup Ignition Ventures

"Driven represents exactly the kind of innovative solution we look for - a team that's identified a real market need and built something that customers actually want to pay for," said John Richards, managing partner of Startup Ignition Ventures. "Their early traction and this funding round position them well for significant growth. In particular, Adam is the quintessential Founder/CEO we want back. We mentored him on his goal of achieving 6+ consecutive months of 10% month-over-month growth and just goes and does it. Amazing guy."

Team Growth and Market Playbook

Driven has grown from three founders into a team of nine with a new Director of Customer Success, an outbound sales leader, and expanded developer capacity. Weber reflected: “We operated for two years off $600K with just three people… now we’ve added key hires across success, sales, and engineering.”

Outbound efforts immediately paid dividends: “In the last two weeks, we’ve had six outbound demos — and all six turned into paying customers.”

Founder-market fit runs deep. Weber and co-founder James Sullivan both operated pest control companies for over a decade and built their original MVP via manual validation in the field, validating the product concept before writing code

Driven’s marketing has been entirely founder-led: conferences, referrals, and stage presence. “I speak at industry conferences from both the owner-operator and vendor side,” Weber said. “That connection has been really powerful.”

Above all, Weber emphasizes one metric: “We still actually have zero churn. Not one client has left us.”

Looking Ahead: PestWorld in Orlando

Looking forward, Driven will showcase its growing platform at PestWorld in Orlando this October, unveiling new features, engaging current customers and prospects, and reinforcing its operator-first approach to scaling. With plans to double headcount by year-end and expand across verticals and geographies, Driven’s next chapter promises to build on traction grounded in lean principles and customer-first validation.
