Salt Lake City, Utah – December 26, 2025

Salt Lake City–based accounting and advisory firm Haynie & Company is expanding beyond its traditional tax and audit roots following its September 2025 merger with Simple Numbers, a NetSuite and ERP advisory firm, signaling a broader push into enterprise software and operational consulting.

Haynie, a five-state firm with offices across Utah, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, and Arizona, reported $68.52 million in FY24 net revenue and ranks among the IPA Top 100 accounting firms. Founded in 1960, the firm has historically focused on tax, audit, and core advisory services but is now positioning itself more directly in the ERP and enterprise systems market.

With the addition of Simple Numbers, Haynie has expanded its offerings to include ERP and NetSuite implementation, software selection, financial reporting modernization, product economics, operational excellence, supply chain management, and budgeting and forecasting. Firm leadership has described the transaction as part of a broader effort to help growing companies replace spreadsheets and legacy systems with scalable, integrated platforms.

As part of that shift, Haynie will host a CFO-focused event, The Growth CFO’s Playbook: ERP Strategies for 2026 and Beyond, on January 21, 2026, at Silicon Slopes headquarters in Lehi. Sponsored by the Silicon Slopes Finance Chapter, the session will target finance leaders navigating ERP modernization amid increasing operational complexity.

The event will be led by Ryan Wells, ERP Practice Lead, and Paul Kushlan, Haynie’s Chief Technology Officer, and will focus on ERP readiness, common implementation pitfalls, and trends shaping 2026 deployments, particularly for organizations evaluating NetSuite and similar platforms.
