Salt Lake City, Utah — April 8, 2026
Haynie has announced the launch of Haynie IT, a new division focused on managed IT services and cybersecurity, marking a continued expansion of the firm’s technology-driven advisory strategy.
The move reflects a broader shift in how Haynie serves its clients. Rather than treating IT as a standalone function, the firm is integrating technology more directly into financial and operational advisory—recognizing that modern businesses rely on interconnected systems where performance, security, and data are tightly linked.
Haynie IT will offer proactive system monitoring, help desk support, cybersecurity management, and ongoing maintenance aimed at reducing downtime and improving visibility across clients’ technology environments.
The division is led by Chief Technology Officer Paul Kushlan, who previously built and operated DynaQuest, a managed IT services provider, for nearly two decades. His background brings a practical, operator-focused perspective to Haynie’s technology approach.
“Most IT providers focus on keeping systems running and secure, which is critical,” said Kushlan. “But technology also drives the data behind every business decision. Our goal is not just to protect systems, but to help clients better leverage their data to improve performance, visibility, and growth.”
Built on a security-first foundation, Haynie IT emphasizes early risk identification, strong system controls, and scalable infrastructure. Its approach includes proactive monitoring, structured cybersecurity frameworks, access controls, and ongoing system maintenance designed to reduce vulnerabilities before they become business disruptions.
Beyond security and reliability, the division is focused on helping clients gain deeper visibility into their technology and data. By aligning IT systems with financial and operational processes, Haynie IT enables businesses to improve reporting accuracy, streamline workflows, and make more informed decisions using real-time information.
The firm’s combined expertise in accounting, tax, and technology positions it to support clients not only in managing IT environments, but in using those systems to drive performance, improve efficiency, and support long-term growth.
Haynie IT will serve both existing clients and new organizations across Utah, with additional offices in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and multiple locations throughout Texas.
