Pocket, the technology platform for luxury auto sales and rentals, has launched Pocket Drives, a host-first car rental marketplace available now on the iOS App Store.
Built by former Turo hosts, Pocket Drives lets vehicle owners operate rental businesses with lower fees, full operational control, and professional software tools not offered by legacy platforms.
Traditional car-sharing services charge hosts 25–40% of every booking. Pocket Drives uses a low-cost membership model, allowing hosts to retain the vast majority of earnings. Each host receives a white-label booking website for direct rentals, access to Pocket's RentalOS management suite, and full ownership of customer relationships and data.

The platform includes fleet management, dynamic pricing, digital rental agreements, photo-based vehicle inspections, in-app messaging, delivery coordination with custom radii and fees, Stripe-powered payments, and identity-verified renter profiles with insurance coverage. Hosts can sync their existing Turo calendars to operate both platforms without double-booking risk.
Pocket Drives uses a geographic launch-region model, expanding city by city once local host supply reaches critical mass. Renters browse vehicles on pocketdrives.ai and book through the Pocket iOS app, with secure payments, digital agreements, and built-in check-in/check-out processes.
