Utah Creative Chamber Celebrates the New Year
The Utah Creative Chamber is a 501 (c) 3 organization housed in the NOIR Event Center in Taylorsville, a separate for-profit venue offering multiple, art-filled rooms of different sizes and configurations that can be used for concerts, galas, corporate parties, auction events, weddings, reunions, continuing education programs, workshops, and other events. It opened its doors recently and is now available to the public.

This week Utah Creative Chamber is hosting multiple events for the public to celebrate the New Year. On December 29 and 30 it presents "Eve B4 Eve," a rave with local bands that goes from 8:00pm to 1:00am. On December 31, New Year's Eve, it is hosting a masquerade ball and fashion show starting at 7:00pm. Tickets start at $17.
Drisdom describes the Utah Creative Chamber, as "not just a space but a thriving ecosystem dedicated to fostering, creativity, collaboration, and innovation."
It is a new, imaginative center "where entrepreneurs, artists, designers, writers and creatives of all kinds can come together to share, learn, and create," explained Drisdom.
The NOIR Event Center offers multiple rooms of different sizes and configurations that can be used for concerts, galas, corporate parties, auction events, weddings, reunions, continuing education programs, workshops, and more.
It features creative spaces for for musicians to rehearse, record and perform; business leaders to hold small to large meetings with staging and AV equipment for presentations; and other creative individuals to host any type of event for dozens to hundreds of attendees, such as concerts, galas, charity auctions, holiday parties, networking events, continuing education programs, workshops, and more!
Its spaces are festooned with works of art from several local Utah artists. The entire space reflects thoughtful attention to detail with whimsical surprises around each corner such as a life size, fancifully-painted hippo greeting visitors at the facility's entrance, a displayed collection of working electric guitars made from long boards, and a foosball table whose blue and red figurines pay homage to the long-standing UofU-BYU sports rivalry.
