In his new role, Lee will oversee product management, design, and operations, focusing on strengthening Vasion’s product foundations and delivering measurable customer value as the company scales. His track record of transforming complex technologies into AI-powered platforms positions him to drive both growth and innovation at Vasion.

“Vasion has long been known for automating every aspect of physical print with solutions like PrinterLogic,” said Ryan Wedig, CEO and Co-Founder. “As we expand into intelligent digital print automation, Scott’s experience in scaling product organizations through similar growth transitions is exactly what we need. We’re aligned on what matters: building products that solve real problems, not just adding features. His expertise will be critical as we keep our focus on delivering genuine customer value.”

Lee’s previous roles include Chief Product Officer at Kenect, where he led a seven-fold increase in average selling price through a strategic AI-first product transformation. He also served as Chief Product Officer at Benevity and held executive product roles at Workfront, Dell EMC, Franklin Covey, and Microsoft. At Workfront, Lee played a central role in evolving the company from a project management tool into an enterprise work management platform, contributing directly to its acquisition by Adobe in 2020.

“Vasion is tackling one of IT’s longest-standing challenges—print management—and turning it into a strategic advantage for digital transformation,” said Lee. “The opportunity to scale our AI-ready platform for enterprise and government customers is exciting. I’m passionate about building products that deliver real customer value, and Vasion’s cloud-native platform provides the perfect foundation to unlock the data flowing through document workflows.”

Vasion operates with FedRAMP® High authorization, allowing it to serve government agencies with secure cloud services for document and print operations. The platform also maintains ISO 42001 and ISO 27001 certifications, SOC 2 compliance, advanced encryption, and comprehensive audit trails, supporting enterprise-grade security and AI-enabled workflow insights.
