The Nucleus Institute announces Converge AI, a new forum series bringing Utah’s top artificial intelligence founders, companies, and university researchers into the same room to collaborate, innovate, and build partnerships. It will launch at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.
In support of Governor Spencer Cox’s ProHuman AI Initiative, Converge AI will tour public universities across the state throughout the 2026–2027 academic year to foster local connections, sponsored research, internships, and technology commercialization. The series builds on the state's ongoing policy efforts to balance innovation with human-centered principles, as detailed in previous TechBuzz coverage of Utah’s pro-human approach to artificial intelligence.
Each event features brief presentations from local AI companies, overviews from university faculty on their research and labs, and dedicated networking time to spark meaningful collaboration.
