IPA leverages familiar print workflows while automatically directing documents to approved destinations, helping organizations maintain governance and data accessibility. The platform is positioned for highly regulated industries including healthcare, government, financial services, and education.
According to Vasion, IPA is built on its cloud-native, multi-tenant architecture and integrates with the company's broader portfolio of document automation, e-signature, intelligent document processing, and workflow tools. The company says the platform can reduce the need for multiple document management vendors while supporting compliance requirements, including FedRAMP High standards.
