South Jordan, Utah — April 16, 2026

Triad, a B2B platform from Level Education Group based in South Jordan, Utah, is partnering with the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Transformation (CCBHC-T) Workforce Accelerator to help scale the mental health workforce across Illinois, Kansas, and Michigan.

The pitch: fix a pipeline problem. Over 137 million Americans live in areas short on mental health professionals—up 12% year over year, per federal data. Meanwhile, more than half of master’s-level therapists never make it to licensure, according to Motivo Health.

Triad plugs into the program as the partner-facing platform, connecting employers and institutions to workforce solutions. Its sister brand, AATBS, will handle licensure exam prep for clinicians entering community-based care roles.

The Workforce Accelerator runs as a scholarship program, offering up to $8,500 per participant. That covers exam prep, fees, peer support, job-site training, and structured career development.

Funding comes from Ballmer Group, with program leadership from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, which brings deep experience running CCBHC initiatives.

Level Education Group is also throwing in a year of unlimited continuing education to keep clinicians moving post-licensure.

The goal is straightforward: move more candidates through licensure and into high-need community settings faster.

“Through Triad and our family of brands, we’re backing the clinicians on the frontlines,” said Level Education Group's CEO Jamie Harper.

Applications for the first cohort close May 22, 2026.
